The Rocket has returned from the
Motorsports show and final touches are now being applied. Ross is installing the
remaining ground effects and body accessories. When they are complete, final
maintenance and set up will begin. We are not sure if we will be participating
in any practice sessions. That will depend on weather conditions at that time.
The Warrior is now wrapped and installation of a potent Pete Troutman Vortec
engine is being done. We will open the season with this car at Lincoln Speedway
on March 24th.
We have added 3 races to our schedule. We plan to compete in the 2 Steel Block
Bandit shows on 5/12 and 9/1 and the Miller SSP Shootout all scheduled at
Susquehanna Speedway.
Click on the 2012 schedule on the schedule page which begins on 3/24. We have
scheduled 33 shows for the season. The most since we ran Silver Spring, Susky,
and Bedford together in the 90’s. It is an ambitious schedule and will take hard
work to make all the shows. The “NINE” is looking for both primary and associate
sponsors for 2012. We have a special on right now for those interested. If you
buy an ad on the car, you receive a t-shirt and trailer ad at no cost. The
trailers are not only roving billboards but also sit outside the shop along a
